Is it just me or does Ted Dibiase need to turn face?

Ok so I am wondering what would happen if Ted Dibiase turned face. He could have great feuds with Cody Rhodes, Jack Swagger, John Cena (HEEL) etc... but he needs to be face and he needs a title shot ASAP. Anyone else agree?
