Why is it that every stupid banger that gets whacked is all of a sudden a?

Each demise means a safer America. Yeah, their mothers mourn, and I'm sorry for them but the folks who decide to be gang bangers are criminals and go into it knowing what the probable outcome will be for them, prison or death. You can't cure stupid.
